The Mobile Health Monitor (MHM) is a multi-user health-screening platform that has one clear objective: to bring easy-to-use health monitoring services to the community regardless of age or accessibility. By creating greater access to regular health screening, overall population health will improve, relieving the strain on the local healthcare systems.
The MHM application provides an intuitive and streamlined user experience with 3 simple functions of Measure, Learn & Track. This simplicity helps to encourage adoption by target users such as the elderly, and improve screening adherence.
